At Forestech, we know what it means to roll up our sleeves and get to work. We're a young, aggressive company specializing in wood products, plant layout and design, and the manufacturing of wood products machinery for the forestry industry. Our goal is simple - to deliver maximum fibre utilization for your operation.
Established by company president Ken Dobson in 1990, Forestech has undertaken numerous projects from retrofitting and custom building individual machines, to complete plant setups and government research and development projects.
Forestech's work ethic and innovative solutions position the company firmly on the leading edge of forestry technology. In addition to his over 30 years of experience in the primary and secondary forestry industry, Ken has established and maintains close associations with leading equipment manufacturers. He also attends North American and international trade shows and seminars, and reviews all the latest material pertaining to the forestry industry.
